Adopted in 1971, have met birth mother, but would like to meet birth father.?
I was adopted in 1971. I have met my birth mother, even though we do not keep in touch now. She would not tell me much about my biological father. I did find out that he was a high school senior by the name of Tommy Evans in Richmond Virginia. I have done searches on the web for him, but there are tons of Tommy Evans. I’ve looked at people searches, and even searched court records online from Virginia. Even if I do not meet him, I would like to know what he looks like, my biological mother said I looked just like him. My birth certificate, shows my adopted parents. Any suggestions? tonalc1 asked how I met my birth mother. It is kind of an odd story. I was adopted by her Uncle on her father’s side. This was kept from me and the rest of the family. So, I never was close with any of them, they are basically strangers. My adopted Mom died in 1978, my adopted Grandmother died in 1984, adopted brother in 1993 and adopted Dad in 1998.
