Did you use the Adobe flash player removal tool to completely remove all traces of it including previously installed versions and remnants of old versions which might be causing problems? Removal Tool: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.ht… Other than that, something is changing when you reboot. Might be security software doing something weird or registry problems. Have a look at this link – http://forums.adobe.com/thread/199162?ts… – it’s not easy to understand but seems to relate to the same problem.
