1). Check the Placard under the fireplace, or the serial number sticker, (usually under the firebox behind the louvers, or under the access plate.) See if a model number is available. Most Montigo fireplaces have a Letter in front of all numerical 5-7 digit numbers, ie: M38DV-ST.
