adCast refuses to run my campaign because it links to an outside site. Am I eligible for a refund?
adCast reviews links to outside sites on a case-by-case basis. If it is found that your site is a commercial site or that you use a distribution service other than deviantART for your art, then we reserve the right to refer you to our commercial advertising department. If your campaign is denied on those grounds, then you have two options. You could either link to your own deviantART user page or some other non-commercial outside site. Your second option is to mail your adCast support representative and request a refund. You should receive a verification of your refund request being processed within 1-2 business days.
