To locate where the “MCI MPEG Video Driver:” is, launch your VCD Creator, click menu “Help”, scroll down to “About”. Easy VCD Creator uses the default MCI MPEG Driver to detect the the source MPEG files’ characteristics. Many DVD software players replace the DirectShow MCI Driver with their own, which might not identify the MPEG file characteristic required by Easy VCD Creator.
