Yes. You can complete a ‘Nomination Form’ and return this to our office for safekeeping. The Trustees will use a member’s Nomination Form to assist them in any decision they have to make regarding the beneficiary of a lump sum death benefit. However, you should understand that your Nomination Form is in no way binding on the Trustees. We suggest that you review your Nomination Form whenever your personal circumstances change, e.g. on marriage/divorce, birth of children. Blank Nomination Forms are available at the back of the Member Booklet, or within the Download Area.
