The basement is designed for both students and their parents (including guardians and carers) to buy low-cost educational software and hardware for use at home. The licensee of the product must be a full-time school, college or university student in the UK. There is a restriction on primary school students buying Adobe software- Adobe exclude primary school students from their special pricing scheme.
