About regulatory approval and registration of tocotrienols?
Tocotrienols have been approved for use in dietary supplement in Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada and US. Due to the recent nature of research work with tocotrienols and that scientific evidence supporting the benefits of tocotrienols is relatively new, the FDA has not assigned vitamin E activity to tocotrienols.
