The EDEN ON THE BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION is a formal association originally established by the developer of the community. We are governed by Florida Statute and by our own legal documents, bylaws and Board approved Rules and Regulations. The ASSOCIATION has a 7 member Board of Directors made up of elected residents. There are several Board approved committees covering everything from architectural changes to landscape to clubhouse and much more. Committees consist of volunteers from the community.
