Jay E. Eckhaus, Esq., the creator of FingerTip Manuals Employee Manuals, has over 35 years of business and Employment Law experience. During his 16 years with General Foods Corporation, he held a number of senior level positions including Vice President and Chief Counsel of Entenmann’s, Inc. He also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the U.S. operations of a prominent European multinational corporation and for a Ft. Lauderdale, Florida consumer products and technology company. He is admitted to the Bars of Florida, New York and Ohio and practices business law in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He is an Executive Trustee of the Northern Palm Beach County, Florida Chamber of Commerce where he is the Co-Chair of the Government/Legislative Affairs Committee and a member of the Small Business Council. He served as Chairperson of the Palm Beach County Business Incubator, Inc.
