We don’t use the Waist-to-Hip ratio, but there is a protocol for Waist Circumference. This was revised since the CPAFLA was produced, and is available in the supplement. You can download the entire supplement, or the individual forms, from the links on the right side of the CPAFLA page.RETURN TO TABLE OF CONTENTSGetting Certified – How can I apply my years of experience and my other fitness certification(s) to qualify for the CSEP-CEP? As shown in the CSEP Health and Fitness Program certification pathways chart, in the CSEP-CEP pre-requisites, and in the CSEP-CEP Certification Guide, the completion of a university degree in Physical Activity/Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Human Kinetics, etc. is mandatory for CSEP-CEP certification, with no exceptions.
