Abdominal Machines Review – Do They Really Work?
Whenever we turn on the TV we see commercials for one abdominal machine or another. But do these abs exercisers really work or is there a better way to get flat abs? Of course, I haven’t tried all of the abs machines in the world. Many of them are just complete rip-offs. Some are better than others. However, I believe that abdominal machines as a whole aren’t the best way to get flat abs. In fact, I believe they’re an expensive way to get mediocre results at best. You just need to throw them out, so they’re a temporary measure at best. 2. They take room, accumulate dust – Any machine in your house means less room for you.
