A with Olympic Swim Champ Megan Jendrick – Exercising with injuries; is there anything you can take?
Megan, I’m a big fan of running but over the years I started getting some really bad aches and pains after an injury. I took to taking some advil or Tylenol to help me through it, and it worked well for awhile, but it seems now I’m still getting pains when I exercise. I don’t want to take more and more pain meds, so I’m curious if there’s anything else I can take? And when this happens to you, do you swim through the pain? Without a mention of exactly what kind of injury you suffered it’s difficult to make suggestions, but for the most part it’s always better to rest and heal than it is to continue on.
