Windows are only included if they have been characterised using THERM and WINDOW by the AWA, and then passed on to the CSIRO for inclusion into 2nd generation software. Simulations require more data than what is provided in product listings by WERS, and if this hasn’t been provided you won’t be able to model it directly. You can search the BERS Pro custom window database for a window with a similar U value and SHGC and substitute it for the unlisted window.
