a What topics can be discussed on the DTCC List?
Desktop theme creators, in general, are people interested not only in themes but in many kinds of graphics and many forms of desktop enhancement. As a result, on the list we often will discuss things other than themes. To keep the list from getting cluttered up with every topic under the sun, however, we’ve defined what is and is not “On-Topic” for DTCC. Topics fall into three main areas: Primary DTCC Topics: These are the main reason DTCC exists and should take up the majority of messages on the list. • Themes: Creating (tools, web resources, tricks of the trade, etc.) • Themes: Collecting (theme sites, new theme announcements, theme requests, etc.) • Theme Components: Discussion of icons, cursors, wallpapers, sounds, screen savers, fonts, startup/shutdown logos, webview graphics, etc. is acceptable even when not directly connected to theme topics.
