The $60,000 is ‘glue’ money to glue existing services together. It is not intended to provide sufficient funding for the provision of services. This project intends to take the concept that we can coordinate and integrate services from multiple funding sources from concept to practice. Further, these dollars are intended to build on existing coordination dollars already present in communities including but not limited to Community Partnerships for Children, Adult Basic Education Community Planning, and Department of Social Services Community Connections.
