OA has developed a systematic and secure procedure for getting exams from faculty and returning them once the student has taken the exam. We have rigid check in and check out procedures for exams, and no student is able to take an exam without authorization. Students taking exams at the OA office usually do so because they need a reader or writer, so that person is in the room and monitoring the test at all times. Students taking exams at the Field house are also monitored The Field House Test Center is outfitted with a video monitoring device. Testing staff also do a periodic room check. Any inappropriate behaviors or exam materials are reported back to the instructor. Occasionally, there are a few issues, but OA works diligently to rectify any problems. Suggestions and feedback are always welcome.
