A student says they need proof that they came to the ULC when a supervisor isn’t around?
You may write a note that includes the following information: Date, time, a sentence stating “This confirms that [student’s name] came to the [Math, Writing, etc.] Center at 220 Boucke for tutoring.” Add any additional information that may be needed (e.g., the student could not see a tutor because of a long waiting list.) Sign your name, print your name legibly underneath, and print “ULC Receptionist”.
