A student moved to a new institution within my district. Can I still access that student’s score report?

If a student changes institutions within a district, all of the student’s score reports (for tests finished at the either the old or the new institution) are only accessible by administrators at the NEW institution. Administrators in the old institution will no longer have access to the student’s test records taken in that institution.
