A Smashwords retailer is listing my book incorrectly. How do I fix?
Don’t contact the retailer. First, check your Channel Manager screen to see if we’ve shipped your update to the retailer. If your book just recently appeared at a retailer, it’s possible they’re still loading your information. If, for example, your cover image is missing, or it’s missing the book description, the retailer will probably recognize the omission and fix it on their own. If after a couple weeks, the problem persists, please click the customer support link at top of this page and send us a direct hyperlink to the retailer’s listing with a clear explanation of the issue, and we will expedite the correction for you.
