The Stack setting may be incorrect. At this writing, this applies to Sharp models XGP20XU, XGV10WU, and XGV10XU. Set the Stack setting to Normal, not Slave. You can do this in the Sharp Advanced Presentation Software or using the projector’s buttons. The Normal Stack setting should reset the infrared link to the remote.
