• In HRH, student should have a retention record dated July 1 of the current year (if student record is setup properly prior to YET, the YET process will write the record in HRH) and a promotion record dated between July 2 and the zero day for the new school year (this is done by promoting the student on the Basic screen to the next grade level, with an effective date between July 2 of the current year and the zero day for the new school year.) Student should be listed on the RPG as RETAINED at the end of the regular year, have a summer school code of LOCS and PROM at the end of summer school.
