• In HRH, student should have a retention record dated July 1 of the current year (if student record is setup properly prior to YET, the YET process will write the record in HRH) and a promotion record dated between July 2 and the zero day for the new school year (this is done by promoting the student on the Basic screen to Grade “GR”, with an effective date between July 2 and the zero day for the new school year.) Student should also have a Diploma Issue/Met Date between July 2 and the zero day for the new school year. Student should be listed on the RPG as RETAINED at the end of the regular school year, have a summer school code of LOCS and GDPL/GCER at the end of summer school.
