The decision on whether or not to list collaborators as Co-Is is up to the proposer. However, the AO explicitly states (Section 2.5) that “a detailed description of the duties of each named Investigator in the proposal is required”. This applies to Key Project and Mission Scientist proposals, and is required whether or not the proposal requests funding for these individuals. Question 8: What is the overhead per target star per observation? My understanding is that each star on average requires an extra 40 seconds overhead (the wide angle overhead). The mission time listed in Table 2 seems far larger than what I get from calculating (number of observations)*(integration time + 40 seconds). Answer: In addition to the 40 second overhead associated directly with each science target, there is overhead from `setting up’ each tile – slewing to the tile, and observing guide and grid stars.
