• In HRH, student should have a promotion record dated July 1 of the current year (if student record is setup properly prior to YET, the YET process will write the record in HRH) and a retention record dated between July 2 and the zero day for the new school year. Student will be listed on the RPG as PROM as the end of the regular school year and RETAINED at the end of summer school. (NOTE: The original promotion code can be changed to RETENTION if the previous school agrees to do so; therefore the student will be listed on the RPG as RETAINED at the end of the regular school year and at the end of summer school).
