A primary need of mine is the ability to print Amortization Tables, including sub-totals for each year. Does Loans 2000 provide this?
You need the Loans 2000 plus Mortgage 2000 CD-ROM version to be able to print annual amortization sub-totals. Mortgage 2000 contains a dozen amortization table calculations, all of which report and print annual sub-totals of repayments and interest. “Thank you for handling my questions so quickly, I appreciate your promptness and will wait for the CD version. For your information I downloaded and tested eight or nine other retail loan/mortgage programs before selecting and ordering Loans 2000. I chose it because your program seemed to have all the features I was looking for (including an amortization table)”.
