A pouch is jammed inside the laminator – how do I remove it?
If the pouch is jammed inside and is no longer visible from the front or back of the laminator then you will not be able to remove it. Attempting to remove the pouch through tampering with the laminator will void the warranty. If part of the pouch is visible from the back or front of the laminator then you may be able to remove it by following the instructions below: Using the reverse function on the 330LR, 330LR+ and 450HD • Turn the temperature to the ‘cold lamination’ setting • Switch the laminator from Fwd to Rev • If the pouch is not badly jammed then it will emerge from the front of the laminator Using the jam release 240HD and 330HD • Turn the temperature to the ‘cold lamination’ setting • Using one hand, push and hold down the jam release lever • With your other hand, pull the pouch from the back or front of the laminator The 230LR does not have a reverse or jam release function.
