Yes, in the 4.x release we now allow the player to lead Hearts if the only other card they can lead is the QS. Since the QS is a ‘point card’, most players play (and Hoyle lists it as a rule) that if a player is faced with leading only the QS or a Heart, they may lead a Heart instead of the QS. 50.
