A person registered to access our My Tax Account has left our employment. How do we register for access for a different person and delete access for the person leaving?
Each individual using My Tax Account to access an account, must register for a WAMS Logon ID and password. A business is not limited as to the number of individual owners, officers, employees, or 3rd party preparers that access their business tax accounts online. All authorized users will have access to view your return and payment filing history. Once registered for a WAMS ID, a person must also register as a representative of your company in My Tax Account utilizing our Quick Start Registration. Employees or representatives of your business/governmental unit, may choose the “Sole Proprietor” or “Non-Sole Proprietor or Business Employee” Quick Start Registration option for step-by-step registration instructions at http://www.revenue.wi.gov/faqs/my_tax_account/quick_start.html.
