A patron wants to connect to the internet using their non-WFU computer (Dell, HP, etc.). How do I connect them to the internet?

We are not responsible for troubleshooting non-WFU computers and the Service Desk in Information Systems won’t do it either. That being said, all patrons of the ZSR Library should be able to connect to the WFU Guest Wireless. They may need to turn off their firewall settings and set their network options to obtain an IP and DNS address automatically.
