A number of the candidates and incumbents the BGC supports vote contrary to my views on many social issues. Why?
When it considers a candidate for support, the BGC Steering Committee focuses on the individual’s views and voting record on issues directly related to ITW’s ability to operate and grow. The candidate’s views on social issues come into play only when the Committee looks at those issues as they may effect his overall ability to win in a specific district.
