The 500 error can be caused by one of two things: • Your session expired and the server was not able to identify you. The maximum time permitted between keystrokes is 30 minutes. This is a security feature designed to protect you if you leave your application unfinished in an internet cafe. Simply login again, and complete your changes. • There may be a programming or system error. Please copy the error message, paste it into your email program window and send a copy to info@uac.edu.au. We will check what might be causing the error and let you know.
