A message pops up when I connect to read my mail saying there is a security or certificate problem. What should I d o?
The mail service is protected using a security certificate. This certificate is issued by the University Certificate Authority. This ensures that your password and mail is protected from anyone trying to snoop on the network and intercept your mail. Your mail client or your web browser will not by default know about this Certificate Authority and it needs to be configured to accept the security certificate before allowing a secure connection to be setup between the mail server and your browser or mail program. Please follow these instructions to setup your browser or mail program.
