A member of staff has left without telling me her password. She has diverted her mail to her home e-mail account, what can I do?
Phone Intech (01484 225940) and they will raise a call and ask to have that account password reset. Each time I print my e-mail, it prints all the e-mail addresses shown. At the moment the only solution to this is to paste the main text into Microsoft word and then print that document. It happens because the addresses entered are Carbon Copy and not Blind Carbon Copy. I open an attachment, when I try to save it I get an error. Always right click and Save Target As . Select the location to save. You can now work on this document. If the document is a form that needs filling in, complete it, save it and then attach it to your new e-mail.
