The representative in the Management Committee formally informs the Research Promotion Foundation (RPF) regarding the intention to organize such an event in Cyprus, providing at the same time an analytical budget of proposed expenses. The request is then assessed by the Foundation and the representative is informed regarding the eligible expenses. Upon completion of the meeting all relevant receipts must be submitted to the Foundation for the reimbursement of eligible expenses.
