All of Sprints recycling vendors are contractually obligated to follow Sprints Zer0 e-Waste policy (no dumping, land filling or waste incineration). All recycling is conducted in facilities that are ISO 14001-certified and operated in OECD (developed) countries, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Sprint regularly audits these operations to confirm compliance with these obligations.
