A landlords chosen rental area does not appear within the Relish Residential property search, Why?
We can market rental properties wherever they are situated within the UK. As we are a UK wide Letting Agent, there will be areas of the UK that we don’t have rental properties available all of the time. Our property search within the website only shows the current areas that we have available properties. If we were to show all areas of the UK within our property search there will be some tenants that will spend time searching and never locate an available property. As this would annoy potential tenants we only display available properties. Once we have taken on your properties the search would include the area that your properties are based.
