The body naturally produces milk during pregnancy IE: lactation. You cannot stop lactation without a pill and most Drs don’t give it anymore and I doubt they would even give it to a pregnant woman at all.

She can continue. By 20 weeks pregnant the milk will change and her nursing baby will wean naturally. You can do it early if you want, but you don’t have to. Your body has this natural process built in to help the child you are carrying.
