A key on my samsung laptop from John Lewis has dislodged. If I return it will they fix it or replace it?
If the coverage is still in effect and there aren’t clear signs of tampering (scrape marks suggesting the key was pulled off intentionally), then you should have no problem getting the keyboard repaired. Replacing most keyboard keys is simply a matter of popping off the old one and clipping on the new.
