A key on my Norstar phone stopped working. Why?
Chances are you had a power outage or spike that caused the phone system to default, or someone made a programming change on your phone. Press feature button and then * and 0 key on your touch-tone pad. Then press button that is not functioning. The display will show what the system has programmed on that button. This probably will not match what you’re trying to use it for, so you will need to have someone re-program it. Check with your manager to see who does the programming for your system.
