The company should send the Air Branch – Stationary Source Compliance Program a letter which: Identifies the facility (name, location, permit number, and AIRS number) States that the facility has been shut down (specifying the date) States that the air-emitting equipment has been permanently removed (specifying the date), and States that the company would like the permit revoked.
