A database backup, restore or refresh may fail when using the Maintenance Wizard. What should I do?
This could possibly occur if the database is still being held open by the main OpdiTracker window under Windows Explorer. Try the following: Double-click on the Opdicom icon within the system tray to display the OpdiTracker window. While the OpdiTracker window is open, use the Maintenance Wizard to perform the database backup, restore or refresh.
