A country that has more supply centers than those found in its home land – how many units can it build and where can it build them ?
A. A country may only build in a home supply center territory on a build turn to match the number of controlled supply centers to the number of units. so if AH has 5 supply centers and 3 units it may build 2 units in any two unoccupied home territory. If during the build turn, two of its three supply centers are occupied, it can only build one unit in that turn. However, next year the same rule will apply so if they conquered no new supply centers in a year but also didn’t lose any, they can still build one unit provided a home supply center is now available.
