While reviewing your application for consent, one or more consultees may identify potential issues that will result in them wishing to raise a representation or objection to the proposed development. In some cases a consultee may approve the application while noting one or more conditions that the Network Operator must satisfy in order for the approval to stand. When you are using the Portal to submit an application for Overhead Line Consent, representations, objections and conditions will either be noted by statutory consultees when you are gathering feedback to complete Part I of the Form B, or by one or more Local Planning Authorities when you are gathering feedback to complete Part II of the Form B. The ‘Form B Part I’ and ‘Form B Part II’ web forms feature sections that clearly highlight whether or not a representation, objection or condition has been made by a consultee in response to your application. This is illustrated in Figure 6 and Figure 7 below. ( Figure 6 ) ( Figure 7 )
