* Please remember that ISO 9000 is basically to strengthen internal systems and using it as a marketing tool would be an added advantage only. * Sometimes customers from overseas market, government sector, corporate sector etc. requires ISO 9000 certification. But it is not certain. If the marketing with ISO certificate and logo is done in proper direction inquiry flow may increase but of course the order conversion depends upon business policy of a company. * Some times as required by ISO 9000 standard “customer requirements, customer complaints, and customer feedbacks” are not taken care results in customer lost and decreasing turn over.
