A colleague is still logged in long after their shift was over. Whats up?
• Check the Staff schedule to see if they have a very long shift today • IM them to see if they are there, or if they have had a logout error • If they dont respond, try contacting them by phone and/or email and letting them know theyre still logged in • If its less than 2 hours before closing, contact ELN Askaway staff • If theyre still logged in at closing, you dont have to stay online just be sure to let Sunni, Gordon, or Niki know by phone, email or IM
