A citation was placed on my vehicle at Whiskeytown Lake. What do I do?
The U.S. Magistrate Court will mail the registered owner of the vehicle a notice with instructions on how to pay the citation within 14 days of the issuance of the citation. I received a notice of delinquent parking violation, but the vehicle described does not match my vehicle. If the vehicle information on the notice of delinquent parking violation does not match that of your vehicle, you must enclose a copy of your vehicle registration to prove this statement. Upon receipt of your registration, the citation will be dismissed if it is proven that the vehicle information does not match.
