Just write a response to the feedback, and e-mail the buyer asking them to remove it. One bad feedback won’t hurt you. Most people have had at least one bent-out-of-shape buyer.

you can’t remove others feedback but you can tell your own story so i would suggest just telling your side of the story.

You are in luck !! A while ago, it was impossible to have negative feedback removed, even it the buyer wanted to. Now, you can appeal these decisions directly with EBAY. Try their customer support center. Its easier to get negative feedback removed.

A buyer is supposed to rate the shipping time while leaving feedback. They’re not supposed to leave negative feedback just because shipment took a long time. Do you have documentation of when you shipped the item? Since you can’t leave negative feedback in response, I would contact eBay and see if they can mediate the situation and educate the buyer that shipping is not your fault. eBay should be able to remove the negative feedback.
