A buyer left me unfair feedback on ebay?
A buyer is supposed to rate the shipping time while leaving feedback. They’re not supposed to leave negative feedback just because shipment took a long time. Do you have documentation of when you shipped the item? Since you can’t leave negative feedback in response, I would contact eBay and see if they can mediate the situation and educate the buyer that shipping is not your fault. eBay should be able to remove the negative feedback.
