A box saying “Connect to Credit Guardian server” appears when I click on the “Monitored Companies” list. What do I do?
Your computer requires an internet connection to talk to our server. Please ensure you have a working internet connection on your computer. If your computer does not have internet access then someone else will need Credit Guardian on their computer with internet access to update the business information and to receive alerts.
