A Berkeley Manor resident told me that he was required to clean limbs and other debris from his yard after the last hurricane. Shouldnt this be a part of the lawn service?

It is a part of the service; however, we perform tasks in consideration of urgency. It was decided that fallen trees, trees leaning over power lines, etc. should take priority over removing small limbs and debris from lawns.
